Andrew Fleming got his "Permission"

Director Andrew Fleming ("Nancy Drew" and "Hamlet 2") has been hired by CBS Films to direct romantic comedy movie "Permission," says Variety.

"Permission," which was written by screen writer Karen McCullah Lutz ("Legally Blonde", "She's the Man" and "The House Bunny"), is about a married couple in their 30s who give one another permission to sleep with someone else while on separate vacations.

Lutz will be producing the movie with "10 Things I Hate About You" exec producer Seth Jaret.
