Adam Sandler is both "Jack and Jill"

After doing stand-up comedy in "Funny People", Adam Sandler now wants to play Jack and Jill, and go up the hill, but let's hope he won't...urm...falls down and break his crown, and comes tumbling after!

Variety reports that Sandler will star in the romantic comedy "Jack and Jill", where he will play Jack as well as twin sister Jill.

Sandler and his Happy Madison Productions producing partner Jack Giarraputo will be co-producing with Todd Garner "Paul Blart: Mall Cop." Steve Koren ("Saturday Night Live", "Bruce Almighty", "Click") wrote the script.

The movie is scheduled to begin shooting next year, and will be released in early 2011 by Sony.
