After winning the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature for their animated feature "Happy Feet," in 2006, Warner Bros. is eyeing a return to animation.

According to Hollywood Reporter, the studio is in final negotiations to acquire the script from writers Austin Winsberg and Heath Corson, which revolves around a peacock.

Warner Bros' Elishia Holmes will be producing with Underground Management's Trevor Engleson and Nicholas Osborne. Logline is still under wraps.

"Happy Feet," the music-themed penguin animated movie directed and co-written by George Miller, was the top grosser for three weeks at the 2006 box office, and grossed about $384.3 million worldwide.
