James Caan and Vera Farmiga are "Henry's Crime" partners

James Caan ("The Godfather", "New York, I Love You") and Vera Farmiga ("The Departed", "Up in the Air") have signed on to join Keanu Reeves in romantic comedy "Henry's Crime." Malcolm Venville "44 Inch Chest" will be directing the movie from the script by Sacha Gervasi "Anvil! The Story of Anvil."

Reeves who is also attached to upcoming movies "Jekyll" and "Cowboy Bebop", produced the movie with his Company Films' partner Stephen Hamel, Lemore Syvan "The Private Lives of Pippa Lee" and, David Mimran and Jordan Schur of Mimran Schur Pictures. Scott Fischer will executive produce.

Farmiga will be starring as the love interest of a bighearted man played by Reeves, who is falsely accused of robbing a bank in Buffalo. Caan's role has yet to be disclosed.

The movie which marks the debut movie in production for Reeves' Company Films, is scheduled to begin shooting in upstate New York later this year.
