Anna Faris, Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake are in negotiations to voice a role in Warner Bros.' live-action/CG animated feature "Yogi Bear."

Faris who recently voiced the Sam Sparks character in "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" and starring in "The House Bunny," is in talks to play live-action character Rachel, a nature documentary filmmaker shooting Yogi and Boo-Boo. Aykroyd is negotiating to voice the lovable Jellystone Park bear Yogi, while Timberlake to voice Yogi’s constant companion Boo-Boo.

Eric Brevig "Journey to the Center of the Earth" will direct from the script by Brad Copeland "Wild Hogs." Donald De Line and Karen Rosenfelt are producing, while DeLine executive Andrew Haas is exec producing.

Shooting is scheduled to begin next month in New Zealand. Warner Bros is aiming for a December 17th 2010 release.

Original script for "Yogi" was written by Joshua Sternin and Jeffrey Ventimilia.

Yogi bear first appeared in Hanna-Barbera cartoons in 1958 and was voiced by Daws Butler.
