Director Luke Greenfield, best known for directing "The Animal," and "The Girl Next Door", and also producing comedy movie "Role Models," is set to direct romance movie "Something Borrowed."
Alcon Entertainment's Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson will produce the movie alongside Hilary Swank and Molly Smith's 2S Films and Wild Ocean Films' Aaron Lubin and Pamela Schein Murphy.
Jennie Urman wrote the script based on Emily Giffin's debut novel of the same name which revolves around Rachel, a Manhattan attorney who becomes involved with her best friend Darcy's fiance Dex after ending up in bed with him after her 30th birthday party, forcing her to decide between a life-long friend and the man of her dreams.
Shooting is scheduled to begin in spring and summer.
