Justin Timberlake dates the "Bad Teacher"

Justin Timberlake will be starring opposite his real-life ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz in Columbia Pictures romantic comedy "Bad Teacher," which will also star Lucy Punch, Jason Segel, John Michael Higgins, Eric Stonestreet and Molly Shannon.

Jake Kasdan "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story" will direct from Lee Eisenberg's and Gene Stupnitsky's script, which is about a foulmouthed, gold-digging middle-school teacher (Diaz) who, after getting dumped by her boyfriend, competes with a colleague (Punch) for the affections of the school's model teacher (Timberlake).

Producer Jimmy Miller is producing the movie through his Mosaic Media banner. Doug Belgrad and Jonathan Kadin are overseeing for Columbia Pictures.

Shooting is scheduled to begin later this month in Los Angeles.
